We take cyclical wellbeing seriously. We understand that you ebb and flow with the seasons, and that fulfilling your joyous passions is crucial. And we also get that you want to improve your habits, set purposeful goals and pursue them with confidence and shimmer.

Going with the flow over a long period of time can sometimes leave even the most free-spirited of us feeling flustered, reactive to life and void of any real direction. Hard core routines on the other hand, with an expectation of our bodies to do the same thing every day, is a recipe for burn out – particularly for the menstruators among us.
